Rotundabaloghia (Rotundabaloghia) dogani sp. nov. is described based on three females and one male collected from soil in Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve, in Hong Kong. The new species differs from the other species from the subgenus Rotundabaloghia in the shape and length of the ventral setae.
