Although originally believed to be triad of relapsing ocular lesions,
oral and genital ulcers, it has became apparent that Behçet's disease (BD)
affect other systems as well in more than 70 percent of patients. Neurological
signs and symptoms are seen in 4-29 percent of patients with BD. Same patients
they occur at presentation but onset may be delayed. Brainstem symptoms are
common as seizures, delirium, aphasia, hemiparesis, pseudobulber palsy,
extrapyramidal signs and sign of meningeal irritation. Cerebellar symptom and
myelopathy also occured. In this study we made transcranial cortical
stimulation (TCCS) in 26 BD patients and motor evoked potential are recorded
from upper and lower extremities muscle.
