Abstract
ABSTRACT:
INTRODUCTION
Primary hemangiomas are benign tumors that are very rare in the female genital tract and generally show an asymptomatic course.
CASE REPORT
A 44-year-old asymptomatic patient with a high ca125 level, transvaginal ultrasonography showed an irregular heterogeneous structure of 68 mm in size and fluid in the douglas pouch in the right ovary and right unilateral salpingooferectomy was performed. Morphologically tumoral lesion consisted of small, partially cuboid and depressed endothelial cells and proliferated vascular structures. As a result of supportive immunohistochemical studies, the case was diagnosed as "Ovarian Capillary Hemangioma".
DISCUSSION
We presented a rare case of ovarian capillary hemangioma, which was detected incidentally while being screened due to the high level of Ca 125 and we reviewed the histopathological features and differential diagnosis of this rare tumor in the light of the literature.

Abstract
ÖZ:
GİRİŞ
Primer hemanjiomlar, kadın genital traktında oldukça seyrek görülen, genellikle asemptomatik seyir
gösteren benign tümörlerdir.
OLGU SUNUMU
