Bu çalışmada önce, farklı primer ve sekonder aminlerin ditiyokarbamat tuzları, 1,3-dikloraseton ile etkileştirildi. Daha sonra tiyazol-2-tiyon ve alkilditiyokarbamat esterleri sentezlendi. Yeni bileşiklerin kimyasal yapıları FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spestroskopik metotları ve elementel analiz tekniği ile belirlendi.
In this study, dithiocarbamatesalts of different primary and secondary amines were firstly interacted with 1,3-dichloroacetone. Then, thiazole-2-thione and alkyldithiocarbamate esthers were synthesized. The chemical structures of the new compounds were determined by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis technique.
