Stratejik Liderlik, Performans Ve Örgütsel Özdeşleşme: Havacılık İşletmesi Çalışanları Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı stratejik
liderliğin çalışan performansı üzerinde etkili olup olmadığını belirlemek ve bu
etkileşimde örgütsel özdeşleşmenin rolüne ilişkin mevcudiyeti saptamaktır. Bu
kapsamda literatür incelenmiş ve teorik çerçeve hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma modelinin
test edilmesi için havacılık işletmesi çalışanları örneklem grubunu
oluşturmaktadır. İstatistiksel programlar kullanılarak yapılan analizler
sonucunda algılanan stratejik liderliğin çalışan performansı üzerindeki
değişimi açıkladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, örgütsel özdeşleşmenin
stratejik liderlik algısının çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkisinde kısmi
aracı role sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
