OTANTİK LİDERLİĞİN PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYE, İŞE KAPILMA VE OKUL BAŞARISIYLA İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı,
ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin okul müdürlerinin otantik liderlik
davranışlarına yönelik algıları, psikolojik sermaye, işe kapılma algıları ve
okul başarısı arasındaki yapısal ilişkileri açıklayan teorik modelleri test etmektir.
Bu amaç doğrultusunda otantik liderlik, psikolojik sermaye, işe kapılma ve okul
başarısı ile ilgili alan yazından yararlanılarak oluşturulan iki model
sınanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen,
20 farklı ortaokulda görev yapan 274 ortaokul öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır.
Araştırmanın verileri Otantik Liderlik Ölçeği, Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği ve İşe
Kapılma Ölçeği ile toplanmış olup, örneklem grubunda yer alan ortaokulların
2016-2017 öğretim yılı Temel Eğitimden Ortaöğretime Geçiş Sınavı puanları
ortalaması okul başarısı değişkeninin belirlenmesinde kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul müdürlerinin
sergilediği otantik liderlik davranışlarının, öğretmenlerin psikolojik sermaye
düzeyleri üzerinde olumlu anlamda etkili olarak hem okul başarısına hem de
öğretmenlerin işte akış deneyimi yaşamalarına katkı sağladığı görülmüştür.
