Örgütsel Dayanıklılık Ölçeğinin Geliştirilmesi: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Year 2022, Volume: 10 Issue: 2, 133 - 150, 31.12.2022

Abstract

Development of Organizational Resilience Scale: Validity and Reliability Study

Year 2022, Volume: 10 Issue: 2, 133 - 150, 31.12.2022

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a scale to determine the organizational resilience of primary and secondary public education schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. On the validity and reliability studies of the scale, a content validity analysis was conducted to determine whether the items to be included in the scale were sufficient in terms of quality and quantity. The exploratory factor analysis used to test the construct validity of the scale reduced the draft scale's 47 items to 35 and resulted in a three-factor structure (Adaptation - Stability - Agility). It was seen that the first factor explained %29,197 of total variance, the second factor explained %21,291 of total variance, the third factor explained %19,288 of total variance and the rate of total variance explanation for this scale was %69,776. The scale's three-factor structure was later validated using confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach's Alpha value of the confirmatory factor analysis is .974 for the first factor (Adaptation); .906 for the second (Stability); .945 for the third factor (Agility ). As a result of the study, it was determined that the Organizational Resilience Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool for primary and secondary public education schools.
