SONUÇ ODAKLI ÇALIŞMA ORTAMI İLE VERİMLİLİĞİN VE MOTİVASYONUN ARTTIRILMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışma
İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesinin biriminde ani personel ayrılışları (evlilik,
hamilelik, emeklilik) karşısında zorunlu olarak uygulamaya konan sonuç odaklı
çalışma ortamı (SOÇO) modelini analiz edeceğiz. SOÇO uygulaması sonucunda
birimdeki verimlilik %100 oranında artıyor.
SOÇO’da asıl amaç, işte zaman harcamak yerine performansı ödüllendirmektir.
Doğru uygulandığında verimliliğin ve motivasyonun arttırılması için SOÇO etkili
bir modeldir. Başarılı
bir SOÇO uygulaması için gereken ön şartları ve kuramsal yapıyı tartışacağız.
