ENFORMASYON ÇAĞINDA ÖRGÜT BAĞLILIĞINI GELİŞTİRMENİN YOLLARINA GENEL BİR BAKIŞ

Abstract

İş dünyasında küçülme, uygun büyüme, yeniden yapılanma gibi reni doktrinlerin ortaya çıkması ve bununla birlikte enformasyon ;ağında, bireylerin bağlılıklarının örgütlerinden ziyade mesleklerine kaymasıyla örgüt bağlılığı yeniden gündeme gelmiştir.
Örgüt bağlılığı, çalışanların örgüt amaçlarını benimsemesi ve bu amaçlara ulaşmak için kendilerinden beklenin ötesinde çaba sarf etmesidir. Örgütlerde bağlılık hissi taşıyan çalışanları istihdam etmek, örgütlerin yoğun rekabet ortamında ayakta kalmasına yardımcı olan bir etkendir.
Son dönemlerde örgüt yaşamına ilişkin fark edilen bir gerçek, çalışanların örgütlerine bağlılık oranlarında bir düşüş olduğudur. Örgütlerin etkin ve verimli olmasında büyük rol oynayan örgüt bağlılığını kazanmanın yöntemleri ise oldukça basittir. Örgüt misyon ve vizyonu yaratmak, çalışanları pay sahibi yapmak, iş yükü ve stresini azaltmak, güçlendirme ve takım çalışmalarına önem vermek vb. gibi yöntemlerle çalışanların bağlılığını kazanmak mümkündür.
