Renal
cell carcinoma (RCC); is the most common renal tumor in the adult age group.
Approximately 8% of RCCs show sarcomatoid differentiation. This differentiation
is highly aggressive and associated with poor prognosis. In this study, a
44-year-old patient admitted with hematuria, and diagnosed RCC with sarcomatoid
differentiation was evaluated in the light of the literature.

hücreli karsinom (RHK); erişkin yaş grubunda en sık karşılaşılan renal tümördür.
Bununla birlikte RHK'ların yaklaşık %8’inde sarkomatoid diferansiyasyon
görülmektedir. Bu diferansiyasyon oldukça agresif davranışlı olup kötü prognoz
ile ilişkilidir. Bu çalışmada hematüri yakınması ile tanı alan 44 yaşındaki
sarkomatoid RHK olgusu literatür bilgileri ışığında ele alınmıştır.
