Abstract

ÖZ

Son yıllarda dünya
nüfusunun giderek yaşlanması, teknolojik gelişmelerin hızlanması, yaşamı tehdit
eden hastalıkların tedavisindeki gelişmelerle birlikte bireylerin beklenen yaşam
süresinin uzaması palyatif bakıma olan gereksinimi artırmıştır. Bireylerin

patients and patients' relatives, psychosocial and economic hardships are a
negative impact on quality of life. Within the scope of the right of every
person to receive quality end-of-life care, countries strive to provide equal,
accessible and cost-effective service for everyone by integrating palliative
care services into health systems in accordance with their sociocultural
