BABÜRLÜLER DÖNEMİNDE KURBAN BAYRAMI KUTLAMALARI (1526-1707)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Hindistan’da hüküm süren ve Müslüman Türk Devleti olan Babürlü Devleti’nin 1526-1707 zaman kesitinde Kurban Bayramı’nı nasıl kutladıklarını, bu kutlamalara karşı oluşan algı ve tepkileri araştırmaktır. Ayrıca kutlanan Kurban Bayramı’na karşı gösterilen bu tepkilerin sebeplerinin kritiğini yapmaktır. Çalışmada yararlanılan kaynaklar ise Babürlü padişahları tarafından kaleme alınan ya da onlara ithaf olunan ana kaynaklardır. Bununla birlikte Babürlü tarihi araştırmalarına yönelik güncel literatürden faydalanılmıştır. Ayrıca Hindistan’da kurban bayramlarına ve kutsal ineğe yönelik olarak yapılan araştırma ve çalışmalara da başvurulmuştur.
