On Some Local Singers in Hittite Texts

Abstract

One of the most used instruments in performing music in the
Hittites was human voice. There were many officers who sang among
the musicians in the Hittite documents. These were the musicians who
played a variety of musical instruments and used their voices in
accordance with their place in the ceremony. On the other hand, many
musicians whose main job was only singing were also recorded. Some
cities had their own constructions. This study will focus on these cities
and local singers.

Hititçe Metinlerde Geçen Bazı Yerel Şarkıcılar Üzerine

Abstract

Hititlerde müzik
icrasında en çok kullanılan enstrümanlardan biri insan sesi olmuştur. Hititçe
belgelerde geçen müzisyenler arasında şarkı söyleyen pek çok görevli görülmektedir.
Çeşitli sazlar seslendiren ve törendeki durumuna göre sesini de kullanan
müzisyenler bunlardandır. Bununla birlikte, esas görevi şarkı söylemek olan pek
çok müzisyen de kaydedilmiştir. Bazı kentlerin kendi bünyelerinde koroları vardır.
Çalışmada bu kentler ve yerel şarkıcılar üzerinde durulacaktır.
