In order for companies to adapt to constantly developing and changing market conditions, they need to keep their customer service commitment at the optimum level and maintain their competitive power against their competitors. Customer service commitment is the main factor that reveals the loyalty of a company's customers, and this factor directly gives companies competitiveness. The perception of logistics value, which is in direct interaction with customer service commitment and competitiveness, is important for company policies. Logistics value is expressed as meeting customer service requirements, depending on the results of the service qualities provided for the product or service offered to the customer, regarding the efficiency of space and time. The aim of the research is to investigate the logistics value perceptions of companies in the spiral of customer service commitment and company competitiveness. In this context, the relationship between logistics efficiency, logistics efficiency and logistics coordination efficiency, which are the sub-dimensions of logistics value, with customer service commitment and company competitiveness has been examined. The research was conducted by using the questionnaire technique on 253 employees working in logistics companies operating in Mersin. The data obtained from the employees were evaluated with the SPSS program. Correlation and regression analysis were performed in line with the data obtained. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that logistics efficiency, logistics efficiency and logistics coordination efficiency, which are the sub-dimensions of logistics value, positively affect customer service loyalty and company competitiveness. In the last part of the research, which is limited to logistics companies, suggestions for practitioners and academia are given.
