ÖZET
Amaç: Bu çalışmada
“Kalp Yetmezliği Hastalarının Öğrenme Gereksinimleri Envanteri”nin Türkçe
geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Yöntem: Metodolojik
araştırma modelinde yürütülen araştırma, Ocak-2014/Aralık 2015 tarihleri
arasında kalp yetmezliği tanısı ile takip edilen 253 hasta ile
gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Kalp Yetmezliği Hastalarının Öğrenme
Gereksinimleri Envanteri ve Hasta
Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Envanterin dil eşdeğerliliği sağlandıktan sonra
güvenilirlik değerlendirmesi için iç tutarlılık, madde toplam puan
güvenilirliği ve test-tekrar test güvenilirliği, geçerlilik değerlendirilmesi
için ise yüzey geçerliliği ve yapı geçerliliği analizleri yapılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
The validity and reliability study of the Turkish
version of the Heart Failure Patients Learning Needs Inventory
Objective: In this study, it
was aimed to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of
the “Heart Failure Patients’ Learning Needs
Inventory ”.
Method: The study which was carried out in the methodological research model was done with 253 patients with heart failure diagnosis that are being followed up from January 2014 to December 2015. Heart Failure Patients’ Learning Needs Inventory and Patient Information Form was used as data collection tool. After the language equivalence of Inventory has been established, the reliability was evaluated with internal consistency, item total score reliability and test-repeat test reliability, the validity was evaluated with surface validity and structural validity analyzes
Results: The Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient value calculated for Inventory in general is 0.973 and the internal consistency values for the sub-dimensions range from 0.808 to 0.951. This values shows that the internal consistency coefficients of Inventory are at acceptable limits for the reliability of the scale. Factor loads belonging to the elements in the Turkish form of Inventory composed of one dimension range from 0.327 to 0.809. Factor loads in this study shows that the Turkish form of Heart Failure Patients’ Learning Needs Inventory has a good one-dimensional factor structure.
Conclusion: It was revealed that validity and reliability study performed for Turkish version of Heart Failure Patients’ Learning Needs Inventory is a valid and reliable assessment tool for measuring the learning needs of heart failure patients.
