Abstract

The fact that change is indispensable reality in today’s organizations increases the importance of the renewal application process. The fact that the application of renewal process is a problem in itself academic studies in practice are limited and the number of the successfull outcomes is relatively less increases the curiosity to investigate the matter. The starting point of the process of renovation that adopt as market conditions and to meet customer expectations focuses on radically changing on existing business process and restructuring. In this study after the renovation process as a result of the tests with % 95 confidence has been concluded that a significant difference the company’s production volumes, the number of personel and the amount of production per unit of staff.

İŞLETMELERDE SÜREÇ YENİLEME VE BİR ÜRETİM İŞLETMESİNDE UYGULAMA

Abstract

Değişimin günümüz organizasyonları için kaçınılmaz bir gerçek olması süreç yenileme konusunun önemini artırmaktadır. Süreç yenileme uygulamasının, başlı başına bir sorun olması, uygulamaya dönük akademik çalışmaların sınırlı sayıda kalmış olması ve de elde edilen başarılı sonuçların sayısının nispeten az olması konunun araştırılması noktasındaki ilgiyi artırmaktadır.

Temel çıkış noktası piyasa koşullarına uyabilme ve müşteri beklentilerini karşılamak olan süreç yenileme mevcut iş süreçlerinin kökten değiştirilmesi ve yeniden yapılandırılması üzerine odaklanmaktadır.

Bu çalışmada, bir üretim işletmesinde süreç yenileme ve sonrasında firmanın üretim miktarları, personel sayıları ve birim personel başına üretim miktarı arasında uygulanan testler sonucunda % 95 güvenle istatistikî olarak anlamlı bir fark olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
