Mobil destek uygulaması "öğrenci asistanı" bileşenlerinin tespitine yönelik nitel bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırma ile; Ege Bölgesinde bir vakıf üniversitesinin kalite ve akreditasyon çalışmaları bağlamında hazırlık okulu öğrencilerine destek sağlamak amacıyla geliştirilecek olan mobil hizmetlerin sahip olması gereken bileşenleri saptamak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma Berge'nin Öğrenen Desteği (Learner Support) yaklaşımı üzerine oturtulmuş olup durum çalışması şeklinde desenlemiştir. Katılımcılarını üniversitenin 2017-18 Akademik yılı hazırlık dönemi öğrencileri ve personelinden tipik durum örneklemesi yoluyla seçilen 12 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre öğrenenler ve personel mobil teknolojileri hali hazırda eğitim-öğretim süreçlerinde yoğun olarak kullanmaktadırlar. Sunulacak mobil desteğin; öğretim, yönetim, sosyal ve teknik destek olmak üzere dört boyutta verilmesi kararlaştırılmıştır. Öğretim desteği öğrenenin ihtiyacına göre önerilecek ve esnek bir yapı oluşturulacaktır. Yönetim desteğiyle öğrenciye bildirimler yoluyla hatırlatmalar ve kendini izle seçeneği sunulacaktır. Sosyal destek, grup dinamiklerini oluşturmakla sınırlandırılmıştır. Teknik destek bağlamında kılavuzlar ve uzaktan erişimle problem çözme hizmeti sağlanması uygun bulunmuştur.
