PETER FERDINAND DRUCKER’IN YÖNETİM YAKLAŞIMI: TEORİK BİR İNCELEME

Abstract

Peter F. Drucker yönetim bilimi açısından öne sürmüş olduğu argümanlarla birçok sosyal bilimci tarafından hem önemli bir yönetim filozofu hem de modern yönetimin ekolü isimlerinin başında yer almasıyla tanınmaktadır. Nitekim Drucker’ın yönetim biliminin doğası ve geleceğine dair birçok görüşlerinin ve tartışmalarının yer aldığı eserleri bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ise Drucker tarafından kaleme alınan belli başlı eserleri çerçevesinde Drucker’ın yönetim yaklaşımını teorik açıdan incelenerek değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada Drucker’ın eserlerinin yanı sıra kütüphane ve literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler ilişkileri bakımından değerlendirilmiştir.

PETER FERDINAND DRUCKER'S MANAGEMENT APPROACH: A THEORETICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

Peter Ferdinand Drucker is known by many social scientists as both an important management philosopher and one of the leading scholars of modern management with the arguments he put forward in terms of management sciences. Thus, Drucker has works in which many views and debates on the nature and future of management science are included. So, in this study, Drucker’s ideal management theory within the framework of his major works is aimed to discuss by examining the management by objectives and knowledge worker approaches with the perspective of governments and non-governmental organizations from theoretical perspective. In addition to Drucker’s works, a library research was conducted, and a national and international literature review was conducted regarding the subject. The obtained information was evaluated in terms of relationships.
