Kök-ur nematodu Meloidogyne incognita’nın Ordu ili kivi bahçelerindeki populasyon dalgalanması

Abstract
Bu çalışma, kök-ur nematodu Meloidogyne incognita’nın kivi bahçelerindeki mevsimsel popülasyon dalgalanmalarının belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Ordu ilinde 2011-2012 yıllarında iki farklı kivi bahçesindeki kök-ur nematodu M. incognita’nın ikinci dönem larvasının popülasyon dalgalanması 15-20 günlük periyotlarda takip edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak bahçelere ait popülasyonların pik değerleri, 2011 yılının mart ayında (A bahçesi 213 2.dönem larva /100 cm3 toprak; B bahçesi 175 2. dönem larva/100 cm3 toprak) tespit edilmiştir. Her iki bahçede de topraktaki larva popülasyonlarının ilkbahar ve sonbahar aylarında belirgin dalgalanmalar gösterdiği, yaz aylarında ise düşük seviyelerde devam ettiği gözlenmiştir. Çalışmanın yapıldığı bahçelerdeki bulaşık kivi bitkisi köklerinden elde edilen kök-ur nematod dişileri kullanılarak moleküler yöntemle tür teşhisi yapılmış ve her iki bahçede M. incognita türü tespit edilmiştir.
