Yapay Zekanın Eğitime Yansımaları: Yönetici ve Öğretmenlerin Bakış Açıları

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, eğitimde bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanımıyla yapay zekanın eğitimde nasıl kullanılabileceği, kullanım alanlarının nasıl artırılabileceği, öğrenme süreçleri ve yönetim süreçleri üzerindeki etkilerinin ne olacağı, avantaj ve dezavantajlarının neler olduğu, yapay zekanın eğitimde kullanımına ilişkin ütopyaların neler olduğunu araştırmaktır. Bu çalışmada, toplumsal yaşamı ve insana ilişkin sorunları özgün yöntemlerle sorgulayıp anlamlandırma süreci olarak tanımlanan nitel araştırma modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin yapay zeka hakkındaki bilgilerine ve yapay zeka teknolojisi ve uygulamalarından hangi alanlarda yararlandıklarına ilişkin görüşlerine göre; öğretmenlerin bilgi yeterliliklerinin sınırlı olduğu ve yapay zekayı daha çok teknoloji ve inovasyon olarak gördükleri belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin yapay zeka hakkındaki olumlu ve olumsuz düşünceleri olumlu iken, sosyal ilişkileri azaltan hatta ortadan kaldıran yapısı olumsuz olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Yapay zekanın eğitimde kullanılmasının öğrenciler için avantaj ve dezavantajlarına ilişkin görüşlerde, bilgiye erişimi kolaylaştırması bir avantaj olarak görülürken, sosyal iletişime zarar vermesi bir dezavantaj olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Yapay zekanın eğitimde ihtiyaç duyulduğu alanlara ilişkin görüşlerde, öğretmenlerin eğitimde yapay zekayı kullanması zengin etkinlik içeriğiyle eşdeğer görülmektedir.
