Abstract

Bu çalışma, Türkiye ve Almanya’daki süs bitkileri sektöründe yardımcı personel istihdamı ile ilgili zorlukları ve uygulamaları karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma, betimleyici bir araştırma modeli kullanılarak yürütülmüştür ve veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmıştır. Her iki ülkede 15 işletmeden veri toplanmış olup, anket sonuçlarına göre personel tutundurma zorlukları, işten ayrılma nedenleri ve eğitim düzeyine ilişkin bulgular elde edilmiştir. Bulgular, Türkiye’de çalışma koşullarının zorluğunun, Almanya’da ise düşük ücretin başlıca sorunlar olduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak, işletmelerin işe alım ve yönetim stratejilerini gözden geçirmeleri ve çalışan memnuniyetini artırmak için gerekli adımları atmaları önerilmektedir.

A Comparative Analysis of the Challenges in Employing Auxiliary Staff in the Ornamental (Outdoor Plants) Plant Sector in Türkiye and Germany

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comparative analysis of the challenges and practices related to the employment of auxiliary staff in the ornamental plant sector in Türkiye and Germany. A descriptive research model was utilized, with data collected through a survey. The study gathered data from 15 enterprises in each country, revealing insights into difficulties in personnel retention, reasons for job turnover, and the educational level of auxiliary staff. Findings indicate that challenging working conditions are a major issue in Türkiye, while low wages are the primary concern in Germany. The study concludes by suggesting that enterprises should review their recruitment and management strategies and take necessary steps to enhance employee satisfaction.
