Eğitim Örgütlerinde Bilgi Uçurma: Eğitim Çalışanlarının Bilgi Uçurdukları Kişi ve Makamlar

Abstract

Bilgi
uçurma, son dönemde yönetim ve örgüt bilimi alanyazınında sıklıkla tartışılan
bir kavramdır. Bilgi uçurma, örgüt içinde etik ve yasal değerlerle çelişebilen
durumların bildirilmesi davranışıdır. Alanyazına benzer olarak bu çalışmada
bilgi uçurma kavramı, içsel ve dışsal temalarda incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın
amacı, eğitim çalışanlarının bilgi uçurdukları makamların belirlenmesidir.
Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim yaklaşımıyla ile
desenlenmiştir. 20 öğretmen, 12 okul yöneticisi ve 7 maarif müfettişi toplam 39 eğitim çalışanı ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Nitel veriler, içerik analizi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.

içsel
bilgi uçurmayı tercih edenlerin çoğunlukla üst yönetime ve iş arkadaşlarına
bilgi verdikleri; bunun yanında, dışsal bilgi uçurmayı tercih edenlerinse
çoğunlukla aile fertlerine ve örgütün bağlı olduğu üst kurum ve kuruluşlara
bildirimde bulundukları belirlenmiştir.
