Farklı kurutma sürelerinin Zufa/Çördük Otu (Hyssopus officinalis L.) bitkisinin verim ve uçucu yağ oranı uzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı farklı kurutma sürelerinin zufa/çördük otu (Hyssopus officinalis L.) bitkisinin verim ve uçucu yağ oranı üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Tarla denemesi, Eskişehir ekolojik koşullarında tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Hasat edeilen taze bitki örnekleri farklı sürelerle (taze herba, 24, 48 ve 72 saat) kurutma fırınında 35°C kurutulmuştur. Daha sonra, bitki örneklerinin uçucu yağ oranları Clevenger tipi cihaz kullanılarak su distilasyonu yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Yürütülen çalışmada, ortalama bitki boyu (cm), tek bitki verimi (g bitki-1), herba verimi (kg da-1), yaprak + çiçek verimi (kg da-1), uçucu yağ oranı (%) ve uçucu yağ verimi (L da-1) değerleri sırasıyla 60.63 cm, 242.69 g bitki-1, 1209.81 kg da-1, 487.06 kg da-1, % 0.50 ve 2.17 L da-1 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçlar; zufa bitkisinde farklı kurutma sürelerinin verim ve uçucu yağ oranı üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermiştir.
