KORONER YAVAŞ AKIM VE PLATELETKRİT

Abstract

Amaç: Koroner
arterlerde önemli darlık olmadan distal koroner yatağın geç dolumuyla
karakterize olan koroner yavaş akımın (KYA) patogenezi bilinmemektedir.
İnflamasyon, endotel disfonksiyonu, kanın reolojik özellikleri sorumlu
tutulmuştur. Biz de çalışmamızda platetcrit ile KYA arasındaki ilişkiyi
araştırdık.

Metod: Çalışmaya
53 KYA olan hasta (56.90±11,8) ile normal koroner arterleri olan 112 hasta (57,85±10.8)
dahil edildi. Koroner anjiografi öncesi rutin biyokimya ve hemogram verileri
kayıt edilip karşılaştırıldı.

Bulgular:
Gruplar arasında yaş, diabetes mellitus, sigara içimi açısından fark
saptanmadı. KYA olan hastalarda plateletkrit, trombosit sayısı ve kreatinin
değerleri daha yüksek saptandı.


























Sonuç:  Çalışmamızda başlangıç plateteletkrit
yüksekliğinin koroner yavaş akımı öngördürdüğünü tespit ettik.
