Centers Of Gravıty And Chaos Theory In Tradıtıonal-Modernıty Oscıllatıon Durıng Therapy Processes

Year 2022, Volume: 5 Issue: 10, 59 - 82, 15.08.2022

Abstract

In this study, by reviewing the literature, it is revealed how the paradigm shifts in science affect the natural and human sciences, sociologically explaining the traditional and modern society oscillations of the social change processes according to the chaos theory, the system theory of the three-pole oscillation with the chaotic attracting effect of the sobriety pole from the bipolar dialectical approach in the humanities. In this study, it is aimed to examine and reveal the explanation of these changes and the projections of these changes in the psychotherapy session. It is possible to classify societies as traditional and modern societies. Traditional societies are mostly agriculture-based and labor-intensive societies. Modern societies are societies based on industrialization and are societies based on mental power. In traditional societies, human relations are organized in the form of a hierarchical structure of patriarchal administration. Modern societies, on the other hand, are organized as equal individuals who are empowered by laws. While traditional social structure contain the security, comfort and warmth of being together, they also bring a contraction in which the boundaries of the individual are occupied. While modern societies give the individual his full freedom, they cannot give him the closeness, warmth and security he longs for as a human being. The history of humanity is oscillating from one end to the other in order to bring these two structures together. These drifts can reach unpredictable points in historical processes with the effect of attractor centers. This development is determined by the parameters of chaos theory, systems theory, field approach and fractal effects.
While it is possible to follow these oscillations throughout human history, it is possible to follow similar oscillations, attractor effects and the unpredictable results of the butterfly effect in the history of psychotherapy by using the same approach. This change and transformation in psychotherapy systems is in question within the therapy processes of a therapist and an individual. In fact, it is always possible to monitor the same oscillations, attractor effect, chaotic structures, the effect of the field on the session and the unpredictable results due to fractal formations in a session. In accordance with the spirit of the time, therapy theories and therapists should update themselves in accordance with the development of the age.

Terapi Süreçlerinde Geleneksel- Modernite Salınımında Çekim Merkezleri ve Kaos Kuramı

Year 2022, Volume: 5 Issue: 10, 59 - 82, 15.08.2022
