Abstract
In this study, a fact that today's new / social media are focused on the concept and analysis of education in the higher dimensions is made in this field in Turkey. Especially in the last few decades, the Internet and digital gadgets, which are more and more included in our lives, are among the areas that make life easier and change. Faster communication, faster operation, more earnings are strengthened on the basis of this issue. When this area is evaluated on a sectoral basis, it reveals various and different effects in public and private organizations. In this context, it is seen that everything has evolved to digital and moved to a new stage, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic, in this process, understanding transformation and capturing motivation passes through the examination and development of existing education in this sense. At this stage, new / social media education was examined within the framework of state and foundation universities. In the process of adapting to the new normal, evaluations have been made on the need to keep up with the development and prioritize education. In a period when everything is evolving into digital, it is believed that it is necessary to contribute to the existing education in this field by conducting qualitative research in order to capture the motivation of transformation and adapt to change in our country. Studies in the last five years, showing a significant increase compared to the population in Turkey Internet usage rates and new / social media utilization rates new when assessing in the context of the need to transform / The social media training state and private universities in the standards that will meet this requirement transformation exactly not served as an effective training solution is seen. From this perspective, national minimum qualifications should be determined and according to these training curricula should be update/created.
