Covid-19 Geçirmiş Bireylerin Beslenme Alışkanlıklarının, Antropometrik Ölçümlerinin, Uyku ve Fiziksel Aktivite Durumlarının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Covid-19 geçirmiş bireylerin beslenme alışkanlıklarının, bazı antropometrik ölçümlerinin, uyku ve fiziksel aktivite durumlarının değerlendirilmesidir.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma Ufuk Üniversitesi Dr. Rıdvan Ege Hastanesi Göğüs Hastalıkları Polikliniğine başvuran Covid-19 geçirmiş 18-64 yaş arası 110 gönüllü katılımcıya yüz yüze anket uygulanarak yürütülmüştür. Anket formunda bireylerin sosyodemografik özellikleri (yaş, meslek, eğitim düzeyi vb.), Covid-19 salgın hastalığını geçirmeden önceki ve sonraki beslenme, fiziksel aktivite ve uyku alışkanlıkları, antropometrik ölçümleri [boy (cm), ağırlık (kg), BKI (kg/m2 ),] ve Pittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi İndeksi (PUKİ) yer almaktadır.
Bulgular: Çalışmaya 62 (%56,4) kadın, 48 (%43,6) erkek olmak üzere toplam 110 yetişkin birey katılmıştır. Kadın bireylerin (n=62) yaş ortalaması 44,3±11,3 yıl, erkek bireylerin (n=48) yaş ortalaması 46,2±13,7 yıldır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre bireyler Covid-19 geçirdikten sonraki iştah durumunda, Covid19 geçirmeden öncekine göre azalma olduğunu bildirmiştir (p<0,001). Covid-19 geçirdikten sonra düzenli fiziksel aktivite yapma durumu Covid-19 geçirmeden öncesine göre artmıştır (p<0,001). Bireylerin Covid19 geçirdikten sonra ortalama gece uyku sürelerindeki azalma istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<0,001).
Sonuç: Covid-19 salgın hastalığı sonucu bireylerin beslenme alışkanlıklarının, fiziksel aktivite ve uyku durumlarının değişme eğiliminde olduğu, doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak Covid-19‟un fiziksel aktivite, beslenme alışkanlıkları ve uyku düzenine etki ettiği görülmüştür. Yapılan araştırmaların besin seçimleri ve beslenme alışkanlıklarındaki, fiziksel aktivite ve uyku durumlarındaki değişikliklerin altında yatan nedenler ve risk faktörleri belirlenerek genişletilmesi daha çok bilgiye ulaşabilmek ve bilinçlenmek adına fayda sağlayacaktır.
