Antik dönem tiyatro kültürünün doğuşu ve mimari gelişimine bakıldıktan sonra Lykia Bölgesi’ndeki tiyatro mimarisinin genel durumu tanıtılmıştır. Antik dönem tiyatrolarındaki prohedria, bisellium, pulvinar, locus, tribunalia kavramları açıklanarak örneklerle sunulmuştur. Lykia tiyatrolarındaki ayrıcalıklı oturma alanlarının dönemsel olarak değişen tiyatro oyunlarıyla tiyatro mimarisindeki konumları, işçilikleri, üzerindeki yazıtların taşıdıkları anlamlar kentteki ve bölgedeki sosyal statüler açısından incelenmiştir. Koltukların dönemsel değişen tiyatro gölgelik sistemleriyle ilişkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Lykia tiyatroları ve Rhodiapolis Tiyatrosu’ndan yansıyan sosyal statüler hakkındaki görüşler ayrıcalıklı oturma alanlarının değerlendirilmesiyle sunulmuş, bu sayede de din-müzik-eğlence-edebiyat-politika-propaganda-politika günlük hayat kavramları çerçevesinde şekillenen antik dönem tiyatro kültürü ve mimarisine bir projeksiyon yansıtılmıştır.
Abstract: After looking at the birth and architectural development of the ancient theater culture, the general situation of the theater architecture in the Lycian Region has been introduced. The concepts of prohedria, bicellium, pulvinar, locus, tribinalia in ancient theaters are explained and presented with examples. The position of the privileged seating areas in the theater architecture, their workmanship and the meanings of the inscriptions on the theater with periodically changing theater plays in the Lycian theaters have been examined in terms of social status in the city and the region. The relationship of the seats with the periodically changing theater canopy systems has been evaluated. In this study, the views about the social status reflected from the Lycian theaters and the Rhodiapolis Theater are presented by evaluating the privileged seating areas, and in this way, a projection is reflected on the ancient theater culture and architecture shaped within the framework of the concepts of belief and power.
