Abstract
Endüstriyel simbiyoz, doğal kaynakları koruma ve ekolojik dengenin sağlanmasını ifade eden bir kavramdır. Ancak günümüzde endüstriyel simbiyoz kavramı gittikçe örgütsel bakış açısı ile ele alınmaktadır. Örgütsel bakış açısıyla endüstriyel simbiyoz örgütlerin rekabet avantajı kazanmak ve hayatta kalabilmek için uyguladığı işbirliği ağı stratejisi olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmanın amacı bibliyometrik bir yaklaşım kullanarak endüstriyel simbiyoz kavramının örgütsel bakış açısı ile nasıl ele alındığı konusunda bir çerçeve oluşturmak ve araştırmacılara konu ile ilgili çalışma yapabilmesi için detaylı bilgiler sunmaktır. Bu çalışma ile, 1993-2022 yılları arasında Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilen 196 eserin Wosviewer programı kullanılarak en etkin yazarlar, dergiler ve ülkeler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularında, örgütler arası simbiyotik ilişkilerde en üretken ülke ABD, en çok atıf alan yazarlar Davis ve Eisenhardt olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmanın gelecekte çalışma yapmak isteyen araştırmacılar için genel bir çerçeve oluşturacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
Industrial symbiosis is a concept that expresses the protection of natural resources and the provision of ecological balance. Today, however, the concept of industrial symbiosis is increasingly being addressed from an organizational perspective. From an organizational point of view, industrial symbiosis is considered as a cooperative network strategy that organizations implement in order to gain competitive advantage and survive. In this context, the aim of this study is to create a framework on how the concept of industrial symbiosis is handled from an organizational perspective by using a bibliometric approach and to provide detailed information to researchers so that they can work on the subject. In this study, the most effective authors, journals and countries were tried to be determined by using the Wosviewer program of 196 works obtained from the Web of Science database between 1993-2022. In the research findings, the most productive country in interorganizational symbiotic relations was the USA, and the most cited authors were Davis and Eisenhardt. In this context, it is thought that this study will create a general framework for researchers who want to work in the future.
