ANNE-YETİŞKİN KIZ İLİŞKİSİNİN YETİŞKİN KIZIN YAŞAM DOYUMU VE BENLİK SAYGISI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİNİN ADANA İLİNDE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Adana
ili için anne-yetişkin kız ilişkisinin, yetişkin kızın yaşam doyumu ve benlik
saygısı üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini
Adana’da yaşayan 510 yetişkin kız oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme ilişkin veriler
anket yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan ölçekler anne-yetişkin
kız ölçeği (MAD), benlik saygısı ölçeği ve yaşam doyum ölçekleridir. MAD için iki
faktör belirlenmiş ve bu faktörler “karşılıklı paylaşım” ve “otorite-saygı” alt
boyutları olarak adlandırılmıştır. Ölçeklerin güvenilirlik katsayıları
incelendiğinde kullanılan tüm ölçeklerin güvenilirlikleri yüksek bulunmuştur.
Daha sonra anne-yetişkin kız ilişkisi alt ölçeklerinin yaşam doyum ve benlik
saygısı üzerindeki etkisini ölçmek için regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Analizin
sonucunda anne-yetişkin kız ilişkisinin iki alt boyutundan karşılıklı
paylaşımın hem benlik saygısı hem de yaşam doyumunu olumlu yönde etkilediği
tespit edilmiştir. Diğer alt boyut olan otorite-saygının yaşam doyumunu olumlu
yönde etkilemesine karşın benlik saygısı üzerinde bir etkisinin olmadığı
belirlenmiştir.
