Abstract
Girişimcilik konusu ekonomik ve sosyal sonuçları itibariyle literatürde sıklıkla ele alınan konuların başında gelmektedir. Girişimci kişilerin girişimci olmayanlardan bazı özellikler itibariyle farklılaştığı ifade edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada girişimcilik kavramı teorik olarak tartışılmakta ve girişimci kişilerin girişimcilik özelliklerini değerlendirmek amacıyla geliştirilen Genel Girişimcilik Eğilimi (GET 2) ölçeğinin Türkiye örnekleminde geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik analizlerine yer verilmektedir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda ölçeğin bütününün güvenilir olmasına karşılık, alt boyutları itibariyle istatistiki açıdan yetersiz kaldığı görülmüştür.
