Abstract
Cybersecurity has been a popular concept and widely used in media and academy in recent
years. It has both technological and social dimensions. It is so important that should not be left
to the technicians alone. The individuals, politicians and decision-makers need to deal with it
and take proper measures. Cyber failure is not only technical but much more political.
Therefore, we need policies that aim to provide a safe cyberspace.
