Abstract

Liken skleroz, kadınlarda daha sık
görülen, otoimmun bozuklukların ve dermal değişikliklerin eşlik ettiği, kronik
enflamatuar, progressif bir hastalıktır. 
Liken sklerozlu hastalarının % 85-98’in de anogenital tutulum
izlenir.  Genital tutulumlu liken skleroz
uygun şekilde tedavi edilmez ise, özellikle premenarş ve postmenopozal dönemde
vulvada fonksiyonel ve yapısal bozukluklara neden olabilir. Bu makalede, 94
yaşında idrar yapmada güçlük, idrar yapamama yakınmalarıyla başvuran kadın hastada,
liken sklerozun vulvar tutulumuna bağlı gelişen, bir vulvar fimozis olgusunun
başarılı tıbbi tedavisi literatür eşliğinde sunuldu
