Economical
and appropriate building design undoubtedly has many rules, procedures and criteria. One of the most
important of these is seen as the standardization and classification of
building components. For standardization, dimensional co-ordination should be
provided between the building components which are already produced or
scheduled for the production. This necessitates the modular arrangements
between the building components during the design stage. However, the
implementation of modul and modular coordination, to date has not taken
considerable attention the agenda of the society since it is considered a
restriction to the architects and due to the unawareness of its importance
during the education stage. This study provides a solution answers to the
questions at the design stage with an application that may be of modular
coordination which is intended to take part in the community's agenda. For this
purpose, modular system design of a building in the sample were carried out. In
this way, with the application of the modular co-ordination to building design controlled,
fast, qualified, and economical structuring may be provided
