In the integrated education system applied in medical faculties, multiple-choice exams are generally applied to measure students' achievements. In these exams, preparing and archiving of questions in a secure environment is one of the basic needs. In addition, carry out item analyzes, examining difficulty levels and discrimination indexes of questions in order to increase the quality of education is important. Using easily accessible and user-friendly systems for preparing, archiving and evaluation of exam questions and booklets will contribute to the quality of the education process as well as time and labor support. In this study, it was aimed to establish an exam information system in Duzce University Medical Faculty and examine the satisfaction of instructors from process. By doing a questionnaire study before the system set-up, difficulties experienced by the instructors during examination process and situations they spent much time were determined and the features important in exam and question preparation processes were examined. After establishment of the system, satisfaction of instructors from the system were evaluated using a questionnaire in terms of difficulties they experienced during examination process, labor force and time loss. The vast majority (77.4% to 100%) of the instructors expressed that they are satisfied with the contributions of the system to examination process, it has seen that the subjects given importance in the preparation process of question and exam have been met by the system in great extent. It was determined that the exam information system fulfills the functions planned for provide time and labor support in many subjects such as preparation of exam questions, formal correction and booklet creation. It has seen that, thanks to the exam information system, the exams in Duzce University Medical Faculty, doing in an easy to use environment with high security, low error level, measurement-evaluation applications gain functionality, and satisfaction of the instructor is quite high.
