The consumption quantities and consumption rates of the products produced from polymer materials are increasing day by day. Because these plastic materials cannot be dissolved in nature for a long time, they also bring about various impurities. In addition, almost all polymer-based products are produced from petroleum, which is of limited source. Therefore, recycling of plastic materials and determination of the properties of recycled materials is of great importance. In this study, it was aimed to obtain a product that is equivalent to the product that can be obtained from waste plastics and original polymer materials using the primary recovery method. In this study, the original polypropylene (PP) and Acrylonitrile Butadine styrene (ABS) material was recycled three times with Ma/G series Injection Molding Machine (PP) and ABS materials were produced. On manufactured prototype materials; Heat Deformation test (HDT), melt flow index (MFI), Izod impact test, tensile test and hardness (shore-D) tests experimentally the changes in the thermal and mechanical properties has been investigated. As a result, approximately 30% improvement in thermal properties of recycled PP and ABS samples and approximately 50% reduction in mechanical properties were observed.
