Abstract
As a result of global warming, all nations have taken action to take some precautions. Within the framework of these measures, countries have focused on the production and sale of electric vehicles. In our country, the use of these tools has become increasingly common in recent years. This study aims to support the buyers in their decision-making processes by evaluating the performance of the vehicles available in the market. In the literature, the efficiency of electric sport utility vehicles (Electric Sports Utility Vehicles, e-SUV) and the Efficiency Analysis Technique with Input Output Satisfi -EATWIOS) methods were not found in a study evaluating it. This study fills this gap and evaluates the efficiency of e-SUVs. The weights obtained from the CRITIC method were used in the EATWIOS method to evaluate the efficiency of e-SUVs. According to the determined seven input and four output factors, e-SUVs of five different brands sold in Turkey were evaluated in terms of performance. It was concluded that energy consumption, price and vehicle weight are important factors in the e-SUV purchasing process. As a result, it has been concluded that the e-SUV produced by the British is the best, but it has been emphasized that the efficiency is not very high and studies should be done to increase the efficiency.
