Abstract
Araştırma süresince her ay zooplankton türleri kaydedilmiştir. İlkbahar, yaz ve sonbahar aylarının başlarında zooplankton yoğunluğu ve birey sayılarında artışlar gözlenirken kış aylarında zooplankton tür ve birey sayılarında azalmalar kaydedilmiştir.

Abstract
In this research, species identifications were made by monthly on-site measurements (Temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH,) and taking zooplankton samples from the sampling points determined on the Karasu River between January 2019 and December 2019. A total of 49 zooplankton species were identified in the study. Among these species, 35 species of Rotifera, 11 species of Cladocera and 3 species of Copepoda. Species belonging to Rotifera constituted 71.4% of the total zooplankton, 22.5% of Cladocera and 6.1% of Copepoda. During the research, zooplankton species were recorded every month. While increases were observed in zooplankton density and individual numbers in the spring, summer and early autumn months, decreases were observed in the number of zooplankton species and individuals in winter months
