Abstract
This study was conducted on 225 goats which were slaughtered in slaughterhouse to learn about the incidence of goat hypodermosis in Diyarbakır between November 2011-March 2012. The slaughtered goats were examined in terms of hypoderma and larvae were gathered from animals that were infested. The number of holes in skin of each animal was recorded in protocols. After examining the larvae in the light of literature in laboratory, all the gathered larvae were determined as Przhevalskiana silenus. While goat hypodermosis rate was determined 5.3% (12/225), the number of holes caused by larvae was determined between 1-7. Infestation rate of female ones was 8.3% (3/36), while this rate of male ones was 4.7% (9/189) (P>0,05). Based on the results of this study, we think that detailed studies about hypodermosis caused by P. silenus in goats should be done and protection-control programs should be developed.

Abstract
Bu
çalışma Kasım 2011-Mart 2012 tarihleri arasında Diyarbakır ilinde keçi
nokrasının görülme oranı hakkında bilgi edinmek için mezbahada kesilen 225 keçi
üzerinde yürütüldü. Kesilen keçiler nokra yönünden muayene edilerek enfeste
olduğu tespit edilen hayvanlardan larvalar toplanarak her hayvanın derisindeki
delik sayıları protokollere yazıldı. Toplanan larvalar laboratuvarda
incelenerek literatürler ışığında bütün larvaların Przhevalskiana
silenus
