KOMPAKT LAMİNAT PANELLERİN DELİNMESİNDE DELİK GİRİŞİ VE ÇIKIŞI DELAMİNASYON FAKTÖRÜ İÇİN DELME PARAMETRELERİNİN OPTİMİZASYONU

Abstract

Kompakt laminat paneller, çeşitli
uygulamalarda yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadırlar ve yapısal bileşenlerde
ağırlıklı olarak tercih edilmektedirler. Delme, kompakt laminat panellerin
montajı için önemli işleme operasyonlardan biridir. Ancak, laminat panellerin
delinmesi sırasında deliğin çevresindeki malzemenin mekanik özelliklerini ciddi
şekilde tehlikeye sokan, istenmeyen bir hasar türü olan delaminasyon oluşur ve
delaminasyon faktörü oluşan bu delaminasyonun derecesini belirlemek için
kullanılır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, kompakt laminat panellerin HSS helisel
matkaplarla boydan boya delinmesinde delik giriş ve çıkışındaki delaminasyonu
minimize etmek için delme parametrelerinin optimal seviyelerini belirlemektir.
Bu amaçla, Taguchi L18 ortogonal dizi
deney tasarımı referans alınarak, kompakt laminat panel üzerinde farklı kesme
hızları, ilerleme miktarları ve delme tiplerinde delme deneyleri
yapılmıştır.  Delik girişi delaminasyon
faktörü (Dfg) ve delik çıkışı delaminasyon faktörünün (Dfç) minimizasyonu için
delme parametrelerinin çoklu performans optimizasyonu Gri İlişkisel Analizi (GİA)
yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kompakt laminat panellerin HSS helisel
matkaplarla delinmesinde, minimum delik giriş ve çıkış delaminasyon faktörü
için delme parametrelerinin optimal seviyeleri; 178 m/dak kesme hızı, 0.156 mm/dev ilerleme miktarı ve
kademeli delik delme işlemi olarak belirlenmiştir. Delik giriş ve çıkışındaki
delaminasyonlar üzerinde en etkili delme parametreleri delme tipi ve kesme hızı
olmuştur.
