Sıcak Haddeleme İle Üretilen Alaşımlı Çelik Profillerde Normalden Farklı Renkte Oluşan Demir Oksitlerin Ortaya Çıkış Sebeplerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Sıcak haddelenmiş çelik profillerde görülen kızıl tufal oluşumu, çeliğin yüzeyinin doğal rengi olan gri görünümünü bozan kimyasal bir demiroksit reaksiyondur. Tavlama sıcaklığı, atmosferi, süresi ve haddeleme sıcaklığı, hammaddenin kimyasal bileşimindeki silisyum oranı bu oluşumu etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada, sıcak haddeleme yöntemi ile üretilen çelik profillerde çok nadir olarak karşılaşılan bir vaka olan yüzeyde kızıl tufal oluşumu araştırılmıştır. Kızıl tufalin oluştuğu numuneler I ve U formlu profillerin üretiminden alınmıştır. Kızıl tufal oluşumunun gözlendiği bu profiller sırasıyla; görsel inceleme, spektral analiz incelemesi, XRD analizi incelemesi ve mikroyapı incelemesine tabi tutulmuştur. Sonrasında elde edilen analiz bulguları ve literatür bilgilerine göre, bu vakada oluşan kızıl tufalin silisyum elementinin oranı ile bağıntısının olmadığı anlaşılmıştır. I ve U profillerde görülen farklı yoğunlukta kızıl tufal oluşumunun ise, haddeleme esnasında profilin haddeleme pozisyonuna bağlı olarak suyun birikmesinden dolayı olduğu görülmüştür. Genel anlamda hematit tufal yapısının soğuma etkisiyle kızıl tufal oluşumuna yol açtığı tespit edilmiştir.
