Otomobil Geri Görüş Aynası İçin Titreşim Fikstürü Tasarımı ve Analizi

Abstract

Otomobil aynaları sürüş esnasında otomobilde yer alan pek çok ekipman gibi titreşime maruz kalmaktadır. Aynalar üzerine gelen titreşimler sürücünün görüş netliğini bozarak sürüşü olumsuz yönde etkileyebilir veya titreşim frekansına bağlı olarak ayna içerisinde yer alan elektronik parçalarda ve/veya aynanın dış muhafazasında hasar meydana getirebilir. Bu nedenle otomobil aynaları maruz kalacağı titreşimler göz önünde bulundurularak tasarlanmalı ve tasarım sonrasında titreşim testlerine tabi tutularak titreşim analizi yapılmalıdır. Titreşim testleri için fikstürlere ihtiyaç vardır ve bu testler sırasında rezonans oluşmaması için uygun bir fikstür tasarımı yapılmalıdır. Tasarlanacak fikstürün doğal frekansının test edilecek bileşenin doğal frekansından büyük olması gerekir. Bu çalışmada Altair Inspire yazılımının Topoloji Optimizasyonu ve Modal Analiz araçları kullanılarak yan geri görüş aynası titreşim fikstürü için simülasyon çalışmaları yapılmış ve bu sonuçlara göre fikstür tasarımı oluşturulmuştur. Nihai tasarımı oluşturulan fikstürün üretimi yapılarak simülasyon sonuçları deney sonuçları ile doğrulanmıştır.

Vibration Fixture Design and Analysis for Automobile Rearview Mirror

Abstract

Automobile mirrors are exposed to vibration, as many types of equipment in the car, while driving. Vibrations on the mirrors may adversely affect driving by impairing the driver's clarity of vision or, depending on the frequency of vibration, may cause damage to the electronics inside the mirror and/or the outer casing of the mirror. Therefore, automobile mirrors should be designed considering the vibrations they will be exposed to, and vibration analysis should be performed by subjecting them to vibration tests after the design. Fixtures are needed for vibration tests, and an appropriate fixture design should be made to avoid resonance during these tests. The fixture's natural frequency to be designed must be greater than the natural frequency of the component to be tested. In this study, simulation studies were carried out for the side rearview mirror vibration fixture using Topology Optimization and Modal Analysis tools of Altair Inspire software, and fixture design was created according to these results. The fixture's final design was produced, and the simulation results were verified with the experimental results.
