Pozitif Okul Yönetiminin Öğretmenlerin Örgütsel Bağlılığına Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin pozitif okul yönetimi ile örgütsel bağlılık algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi betimlemek, ayrıca pozitif okul yönetimi algılarının, bazı değişkenlere göre anlamlı şekilde farklılık gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmektir. 13 ilköğretim okulu ve bu okullarda görev yapan 329 kişiden oluşan bir çalışma grubu üzerinde gerçekleştirilen araştırma sonunda öğretmenlerin pozitif okul yönetimine ilişkin algıları yeterli, genel örgütsel bağlılık algıları ise orta düzeyde bulunmuştur. Sonuçlara göre, pozitif okul yönetimi öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılık algısını pozitif yönde, orta düzeyde ve anlamlı şekilde yordamaktadır

The Effect of Positive School Management on Teachers’ Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between teachers’ perception of positive school management and that of organizational commitment. It is also aimed to find whether positive school management perception change significantly according to some variables or not. At the end of the study which is realized through 13 school and 329 teachers, it is found out that teachers’ perception of positive school management is sufficient and their perception of organizational commitment is medium level. According to results, positive school management predict teachers’ organizational commitment perceptions significantly in positive and medium level
