Alman Eğitim Sisteminde “Realschule” Olarak Adlandırılan Okullar

Abstract

Bu çalışma eğitimdeki kalitesi ve istikrarı tüm dünyada kabul gören Almanya’daki “Realschule” olarak allandırılan okulları ele almaktadır. Türk eğitim sistemindeki “ortaokullar” ayarında olarak kabul edilebilecek olan bu okulların tarihsel gelişimi ve genel yapıları aktarılmış, bu okullardaki eğitim ve öğretim şekli incelenmiş, mezuniyet sonrası iş olanakları ve bu okullarda görev yapabilecek olan öğretmenlerin ne tür bir mesleki formasyona sahip olmaları gerektiği yansıtılmış- tır. Betimsel yöntemin kullanıldığı araştırmanın, ülkemizde ilkokullar ve lise arasında kalan ve gerektiği kadar önemsenmeyen ortaokulların geliştirilmesi konusunda katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır.

The Schools, So-called "Realschule", in German Education System

Abstract

This study addresses the schools, so-called “Realschule”, whose quality and stability of education recognized all over the world, in Germany. The historical development and general structures of these schools which can be accepted at the level of “secondary schools” in Turkish education system were explained, the type of the education in these schools were analyzed, job opportunities after graduation and the necessary type of professional training for teachers working in these schools were discussed. The research which used the descriptive method aims to contribute to the development of the secondary schools which are positioned between primary schools and high schools and has been neglected in our country.
