Abstract

Bu makalede, Türklük bilimi, halk bilimi ve ortak Türkçe oluşturulması üzerinde durulacaktır. Bunun için öncelikte Türkiyat, Türkoloji, Türkolog kavramlarının açıklaması, görevleri ve yapabildiklerine yer verilecektir. Türk Dünyası ne
kadar büyük bir coğrafya olsa da Türkologların örgütlü hareketleri ve sistematik
çalışmaları ile Türklük bilimini başarıya ulaştıracakları gerçeği herkes tarafından
kabul edilmeli, bunun yapılmadığı zaman da stratejisiz ve ansiklopedi bilimi olmaktan öteye gidemeyeceği gerçeği görülmelidir. Bütün bunlara başlamadan önce
kavramların yerine oturması gerekmektedir. Türkiyat tanımlanmadan Türklük,
Türklük tanımlanmadan “Dış Türkler” tanımlanamaz, “Akraba Topluluklar” anlamlandırılamaz. Kısaca “Türk Dünyası” manalandırılamaz. Bu eksikliklerin en
önemli neticesi ise Türkiye Türkolog’u alanını doldurmadığı veya ona alanında
görevini yerine getirme imkânı sağlanamadığı için, 2012’nin Türkiye’si; farklı dillerin filolojilerinden hareketle, çok milletli bir Türkiye’nin milliyetlerinin araştırma merkezlerini kurma noktasına gelmiş, getirilmiştir. Bu makalemizde sorunlara
temas edilecek ve çözüm yolları bulunmaya çalışılacaktır.
