Human resources are one of the important capitals that form the basis of the success of institutions today and in the future. The communication established in all processes from the recruitment process to the departure of the employees is also very valuable. With corporate communication, the activities of institutions are explained and it is aimed to create positive attitudes towards the institution and to increase its preferability. Institutions can interact with all their stakeholders through the websites they create. Many activities can be carried out through websites. In this qualitatively designed study, it is aimed to understand the content of the shares of private hospitals operating in the health sector in Turkey through their websites in the field of human resources and to determine the differences. For this purpose, the research data were obtained from the websites of the private hospitals included in the study between 01-31 May 2021. Private hospitals included in the research are Acıbadem, Anadolu Health Center, Avrasya Hospital, Bayındır Hospital, Central Hospital, Emsey Hospital, Kolan Hospital, Liv Hospital, Medical Park Hospital, Medicana Hospital, Medipol Hospital and Memorial Hospital. It is seen that 83% of private hospitals have an application link within the human resources section on their websites, and 67% explain their human resources policy and values. It is seen that only 33% of private hospitals provide information for wages and fringe benefits, career management, performance management, training and development activities. It is thought that the study will be beneficial to researchers, managers and employees who are interested in the field.
