TEKSTİL SEKTÖRÜNDE KADIN ÇALIŞANLARIN MARUZ KALDIĞI ERGONOMİK RİSKLERİN ÇOK KRİTERLİ KARAR VERME YÖNTEMLERİ İLE BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract
Türkiye’nin en önemli ve en gelişmiş sektörlerinden biri olan tekstil sektörü; ihracat, imalat sanayi ve sanayi üretimindeki pay, yatırım, istihdam, gayri safi yurt içi milli hâsıla, döviz girdisi açısından büyük ehemmiyete sahiptir. Tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi tekstil sektöründe de iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından yaşanan birçok tehlike ve riskler vardır. Bu tehlike ve risklerden en önemlilerden birisi de ergonomik risklerdir. Yapılan bu çalışmada Yozgat ili sınırları içerisindeki kadınların yoğun olarak çalıştığı bir tekstil fabrikasının bölümlerinin ergonomik risk açısından sıralanması problemi ele alınmıştır. Problemin çözümünde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemlerinden olan Analitik Ağ Süreci (Analytic Network Process; ANP )ve PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluations) yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Ele alınan kriterler, literatürde yapılan çalışmalar ve uzman kişilerle belirlenmiştir. Altı kriter, 37 alt kriter ve altı alternatif belirlenmiştir. ANP yöntemi ile kriterlerin ağırlıkları elde edilmiştir. PROMETHEE yöntemi ile de alternatiflerin sıralaması yapılmıştır. Yapılan sıralamada kadınların yoğun olarak çalıştığı Dikimhane bölümü ergonomik risk açısından ilk sırada yer almıştır.
