Abstract
The positive feelings of employees towards their organizations are among the main factors of success in organizations. Organizations and managers have important roles in helping employees to have these feelings. Positive support for employees will make a significant contribution to both employees and organizations. In this study, the role of perceived organizational support in the effect of employees' authentic leadership perceptions on Intrapreneurship was tried to be determined. In this context, 115 employees of a private company operating in the defense industry in Istanbul were studied. The data obtained as a result of the application were analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 and AMOS package programs. Descriptive analysis, regression analysis and SEM were used. According to the results of the analysis, it was determined that organizational support had a moderatory role in the effect of employees' authentic leadership perceptions on intrapreneurship.
