DÜZCE BÖLGESİNDEKİ FİRMALARIN ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 YAKLAŞIMI

Abstract

Endüstri 4.0 kavramı ortaya atıldığı 2011 yılından beri teknolojik bir heves olmaktan çok işletmeler için zorunlu bir rekabet aracı haline gelmiş ve işletme içindeki her birim bu teknolojik gelişmelerden istifade ederek daha verimli sonuçlar elde etmeye başlamıştır. Üstelik büyük işletmelerin değil KOBİ’lerinde rağbet göstermeye başladığı yeni endüstriyel araçlar, kar pastasından daha fazla pay alabilmenin bir yolu olarak görülmeye başlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Düzce bölgesinde bulunan işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0 konusundaki yaklaşımını ve algısını incelemektir. Belirlenen amaca hizmet etmesi için araştırmanın evreni Düzce ili olarak belirlenmiştir. Düzce il merkezinde yer alan ve Düzce Ticaret ve Sanayi Odasına kayıtlı aktif işletmeler araştırma birimi olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırmada kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. 69 işletmeden anket tekniği kullanılarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Toplanan verilere frekans, faktör, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre, işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0’a yönelik genel bilgi düzeyi ile strateji ve organizasyon boyutundaki yaklaşımları, onların yenilik eğilimlerini arttırmaktadır. Endüstri 4.0’a yönetim ve organizasyon boyutundaki yaklaşımları da diğer kurumlarla (üniversiteler, ekonomik kalkınma kuruluşları, teknoloji transfer ofisleri, danışmanlık şirketleri vb.) işbirliği seviyelerini pozitif yönlü olarak etkilemektedir. Ayrıca, işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerine önem verdikleri fakat bu teknolojilerden yeteri kadar yararlanamadıkları görülmüştür. Yani işletmelerin birçok Endüstri 4.0 aracına önem verdiği ancak daha az sayıda Endüstri 4.0 araçlarından yararlandığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bütün Endüstri 4.0 araçlarına verilen önem düzeyinin yararlanma düzeyinden daha yüksek ortalamaya sahip olduğu, işletmelerin yeni gelişen teknoloji araçlarını önemsediği fakat aynı düzeyde yararlanmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca işletmelerin en çok kablosuz iletişim teknolojileri ile sensör teknolojilerinden yararlandığı en az ise robot ve otomasyon, makine öğrenimi ve yapay zekâ gibi konularda olduğu görülmüştür.
