Abstract
Çalışmada 4 yaşlı Akkaraman ırkı bir koyunda, koyunlarda seyrek gözlenen tüberküloz olayı tanımlanmıştır. Lezyonların akciğer ve mediastinal lenf düğümü ile sınmırlı olduğu gözlenmiş, daha tipik kazefiye granulomlar mediastinal lenf düğünde tespit edilmiştir. Mikroskobik olarak tipik tüberküllere ilave olarak çok çekirdekli dev hücrelerin azlığı dikkat çekmiştir. Ziehl-Neelsen boyamalarda ise aside dirençli bakteriler nekrotik alanlar ve çevresinde az sayıda görülmüştür.

Abstract
In this repoıt, a case of lung and mediastinal
lymph node tuberculosis, rare in sheep, is deseribed
in a 4-year-old Akkaraman sheep. Although tuberculose
lesions were seen in both lung and mediastinal
lymp node, more typical granulomas were
detected in lymph node. Except the classical
histopathological findings, characteristic multinucleated
giant cells were not prominent.
